ABOUT OUR STUDIO

Julia Mayorova is a Los Angeles–based photographer, director and writer. Her work centers on creating environment where people feel comfortable stepping outside of expectation and presence replaces performance. She is drawn to moments when seriousness loosens and something human slips through.

Julia has collaborated with brands including Louis Vuitton, Apple, and OMEGA, and has worked with talents such as Nicole Kidman, George Clooney, and Jennifer Lopez. Alongside commercial and editorial work, she develops personal projects across photography and film that focus on presence, shared experience, and moments that unfold when people don’t feel the need to perform. She holds degrees in Journalism from Lomonosov Moscow State University and in Writing for Television from University of California, Los Angeles.
